Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within [Insert Return Period] days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that are damaged, altered, or worn will not be eligible for return.

Only products purchased directly from Moori are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Returns Portal: Go to our Returns Page and enter your order details.
  2. Request a Return: Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason.
  3. Pack the Item Securely: Place the product in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  4. Schedule a Pickup: Once the request is approved, our logistics partner will pick up the package from your location.
  5. Drop-off Option: If you prefer, you can ship the item to our return address at your own cost.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited via the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for size or color variations.
  • If the preferred item is out of stock, you can choose a refund or store credit.
  • Exchanges follow the same return process outlined above.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Contact Us with:

  • A clear image of the item showing the defect or issue.
  • Your order number and a brief description of the problem.

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund based on the issue.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.
  • If an order has already been dispatched, you can refuse the delivery, and a refund will be processed once the package is returned.
